Our project management team is led by Will Travis, AIA, a licensed architect with over 35 years experience in designing and managing the construction of commercial interiors projects. Project & Construction Management
Construction Oversight:
Lead Weekly Meeting to Ensure Project Remains on Schedule and Within Budget
Coordinate Vendors; Maintain Communication and Project Flow
Review All Contractor Invoices; Secure Release of Liens and Prepare Construction TI Draw Requests
Arbitrate Issues That Arise During Construction
Review, Verify and Negotiate Any Construction Change Orders
Move Management & Closeout:
Create Project Close-Out List
Monitor Close-Out List With Weekly Calls
Final Project Accounting and Documentation
Project Design & Approvals
Design Administration:
Coordinate and monitor the consultant activities
Identify potential risk areas, engage the project to mitigate those risks
Provide plan reviews; identify areas that conflict with the project budget and recommend fixes
Bid & Permit:
Draft and Issue RFPs to Selected General Contractors and Vendors
Review Bids, Present Data and Offer Selection Advice
Determine Most Efficient Permitting Procedure
Coordinate with the Landlord as required to obtain their approval of the design documents.
Pre-Lease
Strategic Planning & Programming:
Define goals and objectives
Evaluate site options
Prepare budgets and schedules
Fully review & provide comments on the lease and/or work letter draft (if needed based on transaction structure)
Develop standard set of turn-key notes (if needed based on transaction structure)
Assemble the project team:
Gather requirements and prepare RFP’s to vendors
Review proposals and recommend the best vendor partners for the project
