Will Travis, AIA
Will has more than 35 years of experience designing, documenting and overseeing the construction of both commercial interiors and base buildings. His expertise involves providing project management services for large, fast-paced projects ranging in size from 20,000 sf to 250,000 sf. He is a registered architect in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
Before co-founding DCR, Will was a Principal at Avison Young, and Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, where he oversaw hundreds of regional and national construction and architectural projects. Prior to that, Will was a founding Principal with O'Brien Travis Jaccard.
PartnerMike Molinari, AIA, NCARB
Mike is a registered architect in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, with 20+ years of experience in designing, documenting and overseeing the construction of commercial interior space.
He specializes in providing preliminary project planning services including programming, space planning, construction estimating, and project management oversight of design, construction professionals, and consultants.
Before co-founding DCR, Mike was Vice President of Project Management at Avison Young. Mike began his career at OTJ Architects.

Max is an architect and project manager with 10+ years of experience handling all phases of the design and construction process on behalf of clients, from producing space plans, schedules, and budgets to bidding/negotiation, construction administration, and final project close-out.
Prior to co-founding DCR, Max was Vice President of Project Management at Avison Young.
Max started his career as a project architect at a boutique architectural firm in suburban Maryland specializing in high-end, custom residential additions, renovations, and new construction.
